Appointments should be requested via our e-Consult service. The link for this is on the home page of this website. You can also book appointments through eConsult via the NHS App.
All eConsult submissions are triaged by our clinicians and they determine when and how you will need to be seen, ie whether the matter can be dealt with via phone or whether they need to see you at a face to face consultation.
If you cannot keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible. Each person will be allocated an appointment of 10 minutes duration. This is for one complaint only. If you feel your problem will take longer than usual please ask for a longer appointment
For those patients who do not have access to the internet please call the surgery and explain this to our reception team and a member of staff will help you submit your request for the GP to triage.
